Rheumatoid Arthritis

I remember when I had to crawl upstairs, couldn’t lift my arms to drive because my shoulders hurt so much, had “footballs” for knees, felt exhausted all the time and had many more painful and debilitating symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. I have taken Chinese herbs, prescribed by Mazin Al-Khafaji at the Avicenna Clinic, for the past 11 years. I still have R.A. but am healthy, very mobile and virtually pain free – it is wonderful!

I have suffered from increasingly acute rheumatoid arthritis for the past 28 years.  Seven years ago, after an incapacitating attack, and the failure of other remedies, I was referred to Mazin Al-Khafaji. Following his treatment I recovered immediately, and since then, under his continuing treatment,  my arthritis has been miraculously contained, with none of the side effects of many of the conventional arthritis related drugs.  I am indebted to him and to the Centre’s staff for enabling me to lead an active and pain free life.

I was diagnosed about 10 years ago with R.A, and was treated by Western medication. The treatment worked for a short time but with long term side effects. Weight gain, thin skin, change of hair texture (steroids).
Encouraged by a fellow sufferer, I saw Mazin Al-Khafaji about two years ago. I felt better within myself two days later. I have minor flare ups about once a year (I am lucky) and turn to Chinese medicine. I encourage anyone to try them and see what a difference they make to ones life.
